Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you accept payments by card?

To secure your space, it is advised to pay at least 24 hours before the class, I will send out BACS info to avoid bank fees, helping support my small business. Cash is acceptable but does not secure your spot (unless paid in advance)

Q: Should I eat/drink anything before Yoga?

I recommended refraining from eating for 2-3 hours before a class, but it’s a good idea to drink plenty of water right up until 30 mins before class. Morning classes, I could advise having something light like a Banana at least an hour before moving! During class please try to refrain from drinking anything - yoga is traditionally practiced with a completely empty stomach to get the most benefits!

Q: What do I wear?

Anything comfortable and that you can move freely in.

Q: I have an injury, should I practice?

Depending on the injury, yoga can be amazing for healing and restoring the body. Contact me directly before booking if you are concerned, I would be more than happy to have a chat about it.

Q: Do you offer One on One yoga sessions & do you do home visits?

I am based in Downham Market but happy to travel up to 30 mins to you.

Q: I have never practiced yoga before, are your classes/retreats/workshops suitable?

Yes! We are suitable to anyone and everyone! Please feel free to message if you would like to answer anything more specific.

Q: Do you provide equipment?

Since covid, we have asked that all clients bring their own mats, props and blankets for sanitary reasons, if you do not have a mat please message and I am happy to bring along an extra if needed.
